Georgina Manton

Practice Manager & Senior Paraplanner

Gina joined the SIP team as a Paraplanner in September 2017 after relocating from Worcester.

She has worked in Financial Services for over 7 years working for large companies based in the West Midlands, and started her career specialising in Auto Enrolment, eventually moving into a Paraplanner role in 2015. Gina is currently studying towards the completion of her Diploma in Financial Planning to complement her degree in Business Management.

Gina was promoted to Practice Manager in September 2019 alongside her role as Paraplanner which involves the additional responsibility of managing staff and business processes.

Judith Wickwar

Junior Paraplanner

Judith joined Self Invested Portfolios in July 2013. She comes with previous financial services experience from employment at Rock Financial Consultants and Ascot Lloyd Financial Services.

Judith gained invaluable experience as a Data Analyst during her service in the Royal Air Force which has helped her in her different roles in financial services. Her responsibilities include the review of client portfolio’s, the construction of portfolio recommendation reports, and the implementation of clients decisions in relation to their retirement and investment decisions.

She is currently studying for a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Karen Field

Senior Paraplanner

Karen has worked in financial services since 2004, when she joined Self Invested Portfolios Ltd as an administrator. In 2012 she became Office Manager of another Swansea IFA firm. She subsequently gained a promotion to a Paraplanning role with another South Wales firm in 2017. In March 2018, Karen returned to the WPS Financial Group and is now a Senior Paraplanner and works for two of the group’s Appointed Representatives – SIP Wealth Management and Bevan & Buckland Wealth Management. She is very experienced in all aspects of administration and paraplanning within an IFA firm. During the last two years Karen has studied for, and has now gained, the Level 4 qualification – the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. She continues to expand her knowledge, most recently by passing the CII’s CF6 Mortgage Advice, thereby gaining the CII qualification – Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
